Kaley Cuoco Says Boyfriend Tom Pelphrey ‘Saved Me’ in Touching Birthday Tribute

Kaley Cuoco just wished her boyfriend Tom Pelphrey a happy 40th birthday with the sweetest Instagram tribute. 

Just a few months after going public with her relationship with the Ozark actor in May, The Flight Attendant star gushed about Pelphrey in a touching Instagram post. “To the incredible man that saved me in all the ways…Happy birthday, baby,” Cuoco wrote alongside a photo of Pelphrey on July 27. “To know you is to truly adore you…The world lit up the day you were born ❣️ 🎂 I love you!!”

Cuoco and Pelphrey first made their relationship known when The Big Bang Theory actor soft-launched her boyfriend in an Instagram photo dump on May 3, sneaking in a few sweet pics of the pair alongside mountain views and videos of her dog. Pelphrey's own post from that same day was less subtle:

Just a couple of months later and they're practically a Hollywood power couple. On July 12, the actors were both nominated for Emmy Awards: Kaley Cuoco for Best Actress in a Comedy for her performance in The Flight Attendant and Tom Pelphrey for his guest role on Netflix’s Ozark. At the time, Cuoco shared a sweet video of the pair listening to the announcement. “Yes, baby!” Pelphrey shouted when her name was called before pulling in Cuoco for a tearful embrace. 

“There are no words … thank you @televisionacad for this honor that I do not take lightly .. thank you to my entire flight crew @flightattendantonmax for the flight of a lifetime ✈,” Cuoco captioned the post, adding, “and to share this moment with my  @tommypelphrey with his own deserved nomination… what a moment and we are so grateful.”

Pelphrey celebrated his girlfriend in his own Instagram post, writing, “CONGRATULATIONS TO MY FAVORITE ACTRESS!!! Such beautiful, brave work. Beyond grateful to share this with you today.”
